Today we met up with an architect for the second time, and we decided to engage his services. Let the fun and games begin.
We will endeavour to have an inspection prior to possession so he can do a measure up, and we'll get a soil survey done as well; possible issues with the soil quality close to the canal.
We take possession on the 6th August.
