Our neighbour on the north side (who is renting) believes his landlord is planning on renovating their house. Which means we may be getting new neighbours in the future and a new/renovated building next door.Not sure if this is good news or not. We would miss our current neighbours.
But if we can time our renos with theirs then the issue of site access may be solved somewhat.
